Our first class was so successful we just had to do a second one! Learn the basics or try something new in carving.

Flexcut: # 3 Sweeps- 3/8" (9mm) 7/8" (22 mm) 1-1/8” (28 mm)

: Parting tools- 1mm (micro)
: Dockyard- Narrow Gouges
Gary recommends that you bring a sharp, stiff, straight edge detail knife for sure.

Class will be held at the Nicola Budimir Library 1310 Grand Marais Rd. West.

Beginners Pyrography Class~Saturday October 24, 2009
Join our beginners class and learn about the art of Pyrography. Pyrography is the art of decorating wood or other materials with burn marks resulting from the controlled application of a heated object such as a poker. It is also known as pokerwork or wood burning.
$50.00 fee includes the following:
* Practice Wood
* Instruction
* Refreshments
Class begins at 10 am and ends at 4 pm.
Class will be held in the Fred Israel Room at the Central Library.
